MoneyMatch caters to our users with localized verification processes! So depending on where you’re sending money from, the verification documents required are different.
New Zealand
Personal Users in New Zealand can get verified on the MoneyMatch App through our e-KYC verification process! We require the following original documents:
For Citizens of New Zealand
- Driver's License or Passport;
- Proof of Address
For Non-Citizens of New Zealand
- Passport (photo page)
- Valid Employment VISA
- Proof of Address

Business Users has a few ways to get verified depending on the entity type. We will require the following documents to proceed with the account verification.
For Citizens of New Zealand
- Driver's License or Passport;
For Non-Citizens of New Zealand
- Passport;
We will also require the following documents to proceed with the account verification. Kindly note that we may ask for additional documents on a case-to-case basis.

- A template of the Letter of Authorisation will be provided

2. The Government-issued ID of the Authorized Person*
- If the authorized person is not the owner of business, you will be requested to state the Authorized Person in the Letter of Authorisation

3. NZCF Download
- You will be requested to provide a copy of your NZCF documents

We will require the following documents to proceed with the account verification. Kindly note that we may ask for additional documents on a case-to-case basis.

- This is required for individual shareholders with an equity interest of more than 25%
