Yes, you will be able to update your registered phone number on your MoneyMatch profile through our transfer.moneymatch.co website only. You will not able to edit the Profile Details through the MoneyMatch App.
Kindly note that after eKYC verification, you may not be allowed to edit certain details. In order to update your phone number, you just need to follow the steps indicated below and key in the OTP code that should be sent via SMS to you.
If you wish to update certain details which are locked from editing, you will have to email to firstname.lastname@example.org with documentation to support this update, and the reason for update (if applicable).
Update Registered Phone number
STEP 1. Select "Profile" located on the top part of your dashboard after logging in.
STEP 2. Amend the details as required by selecting the "Edit" icon.
STEP 3. Key in your phone number and please ensure the format of the phone number keyed in is accurate in order to ensure your OTP code is sent to your phone number
Kindly make sure you omit the first "0" of your phone number
Verify New Phone Number.
Then, click on your Dashboard, and you will be prompted to verify your phone number.
The OTP verification should be sent to your updated phone number.
If you did not receive the OTP number, kindly follow the steps below.
