The exchange rate is locked upon order creation.
Once you finish creating an order, we will lock the exchange rate for a fixed period. You will receive the same rate as long as your payment is indicated/reflected in our account within this fixed period. The same agreed-upon rate will be reflected on your dashboard and remittance receipt.
Will my order expire?
The order will expire in 24 hours if the full payment is not reflected in our account. We highly recommend making the payment as soon as the order is created to prevent your order from expiring.
In the event your payment is reflected in our records after the 24 hours lapse and your order has expired, the funds will be refunded to you. A new order should be placed if you wish to remit funds.
How long are the rates locked for my order?
Your order will only be held for 48 hours once payment is received. The order will only be processed by our compliance and operations team once the payment has been received.
The order status will change to Action Required if additional documents are required.
If the relevant supporting documents are not provided, the order will be refunded within 48 hours from the time of deposit.
