The exchange rate is locked upon order creation.
As you finish creating an order, we'll lock the exchange rate for a certain period of time. And as long as your payment has reflected in our account within that period, you’ll get that rate. This agreed-upon rate will be reflected on your dashboard and remittance receipt.
Will my order expire?
The order will expire within 1 business day if the full payment is not reflected in our account. Thus, we recommend that you make payment as soon as you create the order.
If the payment reflects in our bank account only after the order has expired, we will proceed to return the funds to you. You may place a new order if you wish.
How long are the rates locked for my order?
Once we received your payment, we can only hold the order up to 2 business days.
Your order will be processed internally by our compliance and operations team. Kindly note, our compliance team will only review your order once the payment has reflected.
If additional documents/ clarifications are needed, the status will change to Action Required.
The order will be refunded after 2 business days if the relevant supporting documents/ clarifications are not submitted.
