If you have made Manual Payment via Bank Transfers or Cheque, you are required to confirm that the money we receive is from your company bank account.
The information you provide can be in a form of a photo, scanned file, screenshot from your online transfer, or even a PDF file.
STEP 1. Select "Transactions" in the left part of your dashboard
STEP 2. Select the "$" icon next to the relevant order
You will be directed to the page below where you can upload your payment receipt.
STEP 3. Then, select "Upload" and upload the payment receipt for payment verification (PDF/image file/screenshot).
This helps speeds up the processing time to ensure that your funds will reach your recipient on time - so there is no hassle required on your end to let us know when payment is made.
