How can I verify my account?

First, you have to download the MoneyMatch Mobile Application.
Create/login to your account. Once done, kindly initiate an e-KYC application.

Tap on the"Settings" icon > "KYC Status" >"Online Verification"

Please note that photos have to be of the original document. Scanned/ digital/ laminated copies, partial documents/ documents which have been edited, or tampered with will not be accepted.

 

To ensure a smooth e-KYC experience, kindly grant permission/access to the microphone, camera, and notification access on the application. This allows the application to capture the necessary media required for account verification.  

You will be prompted to snap a photo of your selected identification document, for example, your Malaysian Identification Card or passport.

Here are some quick tips for your reference:

1. Do ensure that your original documents are in focus
2. Do ensure that your original documents are not obstructed by glares or your finger
3. Do ensure that the photo is readable and fully within the frame (not cropped, full photo)
4. For Malaysian IC, kindly tilt your ID card to visualize the hologram features

 

  

For Non-Malaysian Users, you will also be prompted to submit your VISA.  

 

Here are some quick tips for your reference:

1. Do ensure that your documents are in focus
2. Do ensure that your documents are not obstructed by glares or your finger
3. Do ensure that the photo is readable and fully within the frame (not cropped, full photo)

 

And you are done! It will take up to ONE (1) business day for your application to be reviewed - if additional action is required, you will receive an email from mm.compliance@moneymatch.co.

Do ensure that you add either mm.compliance@moneymatch.co as your contacts to avoid important email correspondences ending up in SPAM.

Once approved, you are ready to transfer funds abroad!
