You can add new Recipient bank accounts:
- via MoneyMatch Dashboard on Web Browser
- via MoneyMatch App
Option 1: Add New Recipient Bank Accounts via transfer.moneymatch.co
STEP 1. Select "Bank Accounts" in the top part of your dashboard
STEP 2. Select "+" icon in Recipients' Bank Accounts to add the new account!
STEP 3. Are you sending to a Personal Bank Account or a Business Bank Account?
- Select "Personal" or "Business" as applicable
STEP 4. Fill in the required recipient details and save.
Please ensure that all the recipient's details provided are accurate.
*for foreign currency accounts
STEP 5. Verify Recipient Bank Account
A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number. Kindly enter the verification code and select "Verify" to add the recipient bank account.
Option 2: Add New Recipient Bank Accounts via MoneyMatch App
Launch the MoneyMatch App and select "Transfer Money to A Foreign Account"
Select the "Menu icon" button, and select "Beneficiaries"
Click on "+" on the top right corner to add the new account!
- Select "Personal" or "Business" as applicable
Fill in the required details and save.
A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number. Kindly enter the verification code and select "Verify" to add the recipient bank account.
*For Foreign Currency Accounts
Please take note of the "Account Currency" for FCA Accounts. (e.g: USD Currency Account in China)
The Account Currency is set to default native currency based on Destination Country. So, if you wish to transfer non-native currency, make the change as referenced below:
