At the moment, recipients are required to have a bank account in the receiving country in order for the transfer to be successful.
However, for certain countries, we are able to send funds to a digital wallet (e.g. Alipay) and cash pickup. Kindly note this is only limited to selected countries and currencies. We will update our users should this be available to more countries. So do keep your eye out on this space!
