Option 1. Pay with FPX
FPX is the default payment option for personal users. It can be completed through the MoneyMatch App or web browser.
Select "Pay with FPX"
- You will be directed to the Sender Bank Payment Portal to pay using FPX
- Enter your Account Details
- Proceed with Payment
Select the "Pay Total MYR...." button
- You will be directed to the Sender Bank Payment Portal to pay using FPX
- Enter your Account Details
- Proceed with Payment
Option 2. Manual Payment
If you are unable to carry out an FPX payment (e.g. bank payment gateway is down, FPX payment option is unavailable at the moment), you will be directed to proceed with a manual payment instead.
A manual payment refers to your normal online banking process (where you have to log into your online bank and make a normal transfer to our bank account).
You may either make a manual payment via DuitNow or Bank Transfer (e.g. Instant Transfer/ IBG), and it can be completed through the MoneyMatch App or web browser.

1. Make a manual payment to our bank account
Select "Pay with FPX"
You will be directed to a page that contains our banking details - kindly ensure all details are accurate when creating your online transfer.

Kindly note that you have to include your order reference number in your transfer - this will help speed up the process.
2. Save and upload your payment receipt
Once you have completed your payment, save your payment receipt.
Return to your MoneyMatch account and select the "Upload" icon as indicated below to upload your payment receipt.
You will be directed to the page below. Upload the payment receipt on our platform for payment verification (PDF/image file/screenshot).

1. Make a manual payment to our bank account
Select "Pay Total MYR......" and select "Manual Deposit" under the Payment Options
You will be directed to a page that contains our banking details - kindly ensure all details are accurate when creating your online transfer.

2. Save and upload your payment receipt
Once you have completed your payment, save your payment receipt.
Return to your MoneyMatch App and select the "I have deposited MYR" button as indicated below to upload your payment receipt.
