Where you are unable to successfully carry out an FPX payment:
You are advised to proceed with a manual payment instead. A manual payment refers to your normal online banking process (where you have to log into your online bank and make a normal transfer to our bank account).
You may either make a manual payment via DuitNow or Bank Transfer (e.g. Instant Transfer/ IBG).

Guide to Complete Manual Payment via Web Browser
STEP 1. Select "Pay with FPX"
You will be directed to a page that contains our banking details - kindly ensure all details are accurate when creating your online transfer.

Kindly note that you have to include your order reference number in your transfer - this will help speed up the process.
STEP 2. Once you have completed your payment, save your payment receipt. Upload the payment receipt on our platform.
Return to your dashboard and select the button as indicated below to upload your payment receipt.
You will be directed to the page below where you can upload your payment receipt.
Guide to Complete Manual Payment via MoneyMatch App
STEP 1. Select "Made a Payment? Click here to upload Proof of Payment"
You will be directed to a page that contains our banking details - kindly ensure all details are accurate when creating your online transfer.
