Kindly note that we are only able to accept your invoice files in JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF format.
If you attempt to upload files in other formats, you will receive an error message pop up as below:
However, if your files are in the correct format, and you are still receiving the error message, this can happen if the PDF file is not the Standard PDF format.
To solve this issue:
STEP 1. On your PDF viewer, select "Print" and "Save/ Print to PDF".
STEP 2. Then try uploading the new file on the platform again.
