Once the refund request is allowed, the refund time will differ from a case-to-case basis.
Kindly note that we will only process refunds where we receive the refund request; complete details; and returned funds (if applicable), between 9.00am - 4.00pm on a business day.
In the event your refund request is allowed, the funds after the deductions (if any) shall be refunded to the same account which the funds originated from. While we endeavour to process the refunds as soon as possible, the refund may take up to 14 working days.
