For Personal users, once your VISA on record has expired, you will be prompted to upload your renewed VISA before you can proceed to transact on our platform. Kindly note that the submission of this valid ID is part of mandatory requirements.
You should be prompted to upload your new documents once you log into MoneyMatch.
Kindly note:
- You need to upload an image of your ID documents (i.e. in JPEG format)
- There should be no flash obstructing details of your ID documents
- The image should be a clear picture of your original/ valid ID documents
Your documents will be reviewed, and our compliance team will reach out if additional clarifications are required.
Where you have no access to your original/valid ID documents, kindly note that unfortunately we are not able to accommodate in such circumstances and can only wait for you to have access and provide the documents according to the requirements as indicated above.

My VISA is not renewed as I have left Malaysia, however, I still have funds left in Malaysia to be transferred to my home country! What do I do?

In this case, you may use the stamp of your last departure for verification if it is still within 6 months.
