How long are the rates locked for my company's order?
The exchange rate is locked upon order creation. This agreed upon rate will be reflected on your dashboard and remittance receipt.
When should I make payment for the order?
We recommend that you make payment for your order as soon as you create the transaction. Kindly note, our compliance team will only review your invoices and order once the payment has reflected.
For Business users, we may only hold the order up to 2 business days.
- This means that the order will expire after 2 business days if the full payment is not reflected in our account, and the relevant supporting documents are not submitted.
- If the payment reflects in our bank account only after the order has expired, we will proceed to return the funds to your company. You may place a new order if you wish.
