Payment via FPX is the preferred and default payment method. Do note that the alternative method may result in delays in order processing.
You can only send money using your personal bank account registered under your name.
You can send money from a joint bank account if you are one of the account holders. Do note that additional documents may be required to prove the account ownership, (e.g. a screenshot or PDF of your joint bank statement, clearly showing your name, the bank’s name, and the account number.)

- Kindly deposit the cheque at the nearest OCBC bank branch and upload a picture of the receipt with a clear indication of the amount and account number on the MoneyMatch platform.
Moreover, we highly recommend that you consider utilizing your preferred online corporate banking account (or to set one up if you haven't done so already) to make payments via FPX instead as it is free, quick and your staff do not need to travel to the cheque deposit machine!
