MoneyMatch offers a variety of payment methods, however, there are some restrictions and limitations at the moment.
Kindly note that third-party transfers are strictly prohibited on our platform. If you have sent money from a third-party account, your order will be refunded.
- 1. Personal Users
- You can send money using a bank account that’s registered under your name only.
- You can send money from a joint bank account if you are one of the account holders. Do note that additional documents may be required to prove the account ownership, (e.g. a screenshot or PDF of your joint bank statement, clearly showing your name, the bank’s name, and the account number.)
- 2. Business Users
- For Limited Companies (e.g. Sdn. Bhd.)
Your company is not allowed to send funds from other company bank accounts, the director's personal account or any personal account.
Your company can only send money using your company's bank account registered under your company's name.
For Partnership
For partnership, you are not allowed to send funds from other company bank accounts, the director's personal account or any personal account.Your company can only send money using your business' bank account registered under your business' name.
For Sole Proprietorship
For sole proprietorship, you are allowed to send funds from the business owner's personal account only. Transfers from any other personal accounts would be considered as third-party transfers.You are also allowed to send funds from your business' bank account registered under your business' name.
- For Limited Companies (e.g. Sdn. Bhd.)
You will not be able to send money from your credit card/debit cards.
At the moment, we can only accept payment via FPX and bank transfers from a bank account that’s registered under your name only.
At the moment, payment via cheque is only available for Brunei users and business users in Malaysia.
For personal users in Malaysia, you will not be able to send money via cheques.
