For verified users on MoneyMatch, here is a step by step guide on how to update your profile!
Personal Users
You can update your MoneyMatch profile details through the web browser only. You will not able to edit the Profile Details through the MoneyMatch App.
Kindly note that after KYC verification, you may not be allowed to edit certain details.
If you wish to update certain details that are locked from editing, you will have to email to mm.compliance@moneymatch.co with documentation to support this update, and the reason for the update (if applicable).
How to Update my Registered Mobile Number
- 1. Select "Profile" located on the top part of your dashboard after logging in.
- 2. Select the "Edit" icon under the "Personal Information" section.
- 3. Key in your phone number and please ensure the format of the phone number and country code is accurate.
- 4. Then, click on your Dashboard, and you will be prompted to verify your phone number.
The OTP verification should be sent to your updated phone number.
How to Update my Registered email address
You will not be able to change your registered email address from your end.
- 1. Submit an email
Kindly email to mm.compliance@moneymatch.co with documentation to support this update, and the reason for the update (if applicable). - 2. Pending review
Once you have submitted the request, MoneyMatch will take into consideration your request and notify you accordingly. - 3. Update completed
Once the email address is updated, you will be notified, and you can log in to your account with the updated email address.
How to Update my Renewed Passport/ VISA in Advance
If you have renewed your passport/VISA but the current documents on our platform are still valid, you are required to inform us to update your documents.
If your documents on our platform have expired, you will be prompted to upload your renewed VISA/ Passport on the platform directly.

Business Users
For business users, kindly note that after verification is completed, you will not be able to edit your company profile details from your end.
Change in Registered Company Name or Company Address
If there has been a change in your registered business particulars (e.g. Company Name, Company Address) of your existing MoneyMatch account, your company will need to submit new documents to update your MoneyMatch Business Account.

Kindly prepare the list of documents requested and submit accordingly. We will provide guidance on what are the information required. - 3. Pending review
Your documents will be reviewed within 1 business day, and our compliance team will reach out if additional clarifications are required. - 4. Update completed
Once the business particulars are updated, you will be notified, and your profile will be updated.
Change in Authorized Personnel, Email Address or Phone Number
If you wish to change your company's Authorized Personnel, registered phone number or registered email address of your existing MoneyMatch account, your company will need to submit new documents to update your MoneyMatch Business Account.
