Payment via FPX is recommended and is also the basic payment method. Please note that alternative methods may cause delays in order processing. You can only send money using a personal bank account registered under your name.
You may send money from a joint bank account if you are one of the account holders. Please note that additional documents may be required to prove account ownership, (for example, a screenshot or PDF of your joint bank statement, clearly showing your name, the bank name, and the account number.)
