1.) Immediate Action: Block the Card
Via the App: You can immediately block and unblock your card directly through the MoneyMatch eWallet Mobile App. This feature is recommended if you have misplaced your card and are still looking for it, as it allows you to "pause" the card's functionality
2.) Formal Notification
Notify Immediately: You must notify the Provider or MoneyMatch immediately upon discovering the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the card. You may notify MoneyMatch or the Provider through either of the following methods:
- Verbal Notification: By calling the Provider's Customer Service
- Written Notification: Submit a written notification to MoneyMatch or the Provider by hand delivery, mail, or fax.
3.) Lodge a Police Report
We strongly recommend that you lodge a police report immediately to substantiate your claim.
MoneyMatch may request a copy of this report to support any investigation or claim. Failure to provide the report when requested may affect the assessment of any dispute or claim relating to unauthorised transactions.
4.) Liability
You remain liable for all unauthorized transactions until MoneyMatch receives written notification of the loss or theft
