Transaction Fee and Limits

Transaction limits for MoneyMatch users are as follows:

Malaysia

Personal Users

• 1. What is the minimum limit per transaction?
  • The minimum limit per transaction is MYR 500. However, there are reduced minimum limits for specific currencies.
• 2. What is the maximum daily limit?
  • Foreigners with Temporary Employment Pass: MAXIMUM RM5,000 per month.
  • Malaysian Citizens and Foreigners with Long-term Employment Pass or Permanent Residence Pass: MAXIMUM RM30,000 per day.
  • Malaysian Citizens and Foreigners with Employment Pass or Permanent Residence Pass after face-to-face recognition: MAXIMUM RM50,000 per day.

Business Users

• 1. What is the minimum limit per transaction?
  • The minimum limit per transaction is MYR 500. However, there are reduced minimum limits for specific currencies.
• 2. What is the maximum daily limit?
  • The maximum daily limit is different depending on your business type.
  • For Limited Companies (e.g. Sdn. Bhd., Pte. Ltd.)
    • Business to Business Bank Account (B2B): You may transfer up to MYR 10,000,000 per day.
    • Business to Individual/Personal Bank Account (B2C): You may transfer up to MYR 50,000 per day (per individual).
  • For Sole Proprietorship/Partnership
    • Business to Business Bank Account (B2B): You may transfer up to MYR 50,000 per day.
    • Business to Individual/Personal Bank Account (B2C): You may transfer up to MYR 50,000 per day (per individual).

You may create multiple orders for different recipients. Kindly note that the total combined transaction amounts should not exceed your daily transaction limits. Any orders created that exceed your transaction limit will be refunded. You may opt for partial payments if you wish to transfer more than the provided maximum limits.
