Transaction Limits – Support Center

Transaction limits for MoneyMatch users are as follows:

1. What is the minimum limit per transaction?
- The minimum limit per transaction is MYR 500.
  However, there are reduced minimum limits for specific currencies.
2. What is the maximum daily limit?
- You may transfer up to MYR 30,000 per day (Malaysian Citizen and Foreigners who holds Employment Pass or Permanent Residence Pass)
- You may transfer up to MYR 5,000 per month (Foreigners who hold Temporary Employment Pass)
- You may transfer up to MYR 50,000 per day (Malaysian Citizen and Foreigners who holds Employment Pass or Permanent Residence Pass which has gone through face-to-face recognition)

- The minimum limit per transaction is MYR 500.
  However, there are reduced minimum limits for specific currencies.
2. What is the maximum daily limit?
- The maximum daily limit is different depending on your business type.
- For Limited Companies (e.g. Sdn. Bhd., Pte. Ltd.)
  - Business to Business Bank Account:
    You may transfer up to MYR 10,000,000 per day
  - Business to Individual/Personal Bank Account:
    You may transfer up to MYR 50,000 per day (per individual)
- For Sole Proprietorship/ Enterprise
  - Business to Business Bank Account:
    You may transfer up to MYR 50,000 per day
  - Business to Individual/Personal Bank Account:
    You may transfer up to MYR 50,000 per day (per individual)

You may create multiple orders to different recipients, however, kindly note the total transaction amounts combined should not be more than your daily transaction limits.

Any orders created that exceeds your transaction limit will be refunded. If you wish to transfer more than the provided maximum limits, you may opt for partial payments.

Here is the list of currencies with reduced minimum limits. This is only applicable to users from Malaysia.
