Physical cards are typically distributed through employers either by courier, self-pickup, or hand delivery to the employer's office. The employer will then distribute the cards to the respective employees. Card delivery timelines depend on the location of the employer's office:
- Within Klang valley: 2-3 business days
- Peninsular Malaysia: within 5 business days
- Sabah & Sarawak: within 10 business days
