For Business Users, here is a step-by-step guide on how to create a transfer with MoneyMatch!
1. Create A Transfer: Tell us how much you wish to transfer
First, select Transfer > Direct Transfer from the left menu.
Please ensure that the Currency chosen is the currency you wish to send.
2. Recipient Details: Who are you sending to?
Select "Add a New Recipient" or choose from your "List of saved recipients".

Are you sending to a Personal or a Business recipient?
- Select Personal or Business
- Fill in the required recipient details and Save
- Ensure all details are accurate
- Use the Change option to update

2. List of saved recipients
Only accounts matching the selected currency appear. E.g. if USD is selected, only USD recipients will appear.
3. Sender Details: Which Account are you sending from?
Select "Add a New Bank Account" or choose from "List of Saved Bank Accounts".

- Use your business bank account only
- Third-party transfers are prohibited
- Use the Change option to update
4. Almost Done: Fill in the additional information
- Select Source of Funds
Select Purpose of Transaction
Enter Note for your beneficiary: invoice number or message
Enter Other Remarks (optional) - Use the Change option to modify details
5. Review Transfer Details
- Enter Promo Code if available and click "APPLY"
- Select Fee Options (if applicable):
- Native Transfers: in recipient’s native currency.
- Non-Native Transfers: choose fee bearing if
Double-check and click Submit Order
6. Upload Supporting Documents
Attach supporting documents (e.g. invoices) and click Submit.
7. Pay Now
Make payment via FPX (B2B) or manual methods (DuitNow, Bank Transfer, Cheque).
