Kindly note that we will only process refunds where we receive the refund request with complete details, and the funds have been returned to us from our banking or processing partners. Refunds will be processed between 9.00 am - 4.00 pm on a business day.
In the event your refund request is allowed, the funds after deductions (if any) shall be refunded to the same account which the funds originated from. While we endeavor to process the refunds as soon as possible, it may take up to 7 working days.
As MoneyMatch occasionally utilizes the global SWIFT banking network to fulfil certain transactions, it is bound by the relevant timeframes accordingly with regard to interbank communications, recall and/or refund requests, all of which may result in longer times than stated above. Notwithstanding, MoneyMatch always endeavours to resolve any issues promptly on a best-effort basis.
