When uploading your supporting documents, here are some common error messages that you may encounter.
Kindly note that we are only able to accept your invoice files in JPG, PNG or PDF format.
When you attempt to upload documents in other formats, you will receive the error message below.
However, if your files are in the correct format, and you are still receiving the error message, this can happen if the PDF file is not the Standard PDF format. To resolve this issue, you may try these steps!
- 1. On your PDF viewer, select "Print" and "Save/ Print to PDF".
- 2. Then try uploading the new file on the platform again.
Kindly note that we are only able to accept invoices with a maximum file size of 12MB only. If you have multiple large files to upload, you will have to upload a compressed pdf file.

- 2. Then try uploading the new file on the platform again.
