The funds will be deposited into your recipient’s account within 1-2 business days after the status of the order changes to “In-Transit”. The delivery time may differ depending on holidays and working hours of the sending and receiving country.
In the event the following conditions are not met, transactions made within 2 business days before a holiday may be impacted or even delayed:
- The full payment is not reflected in our account.
- The relevant / required supporting documentation has not been submitted/ passed all Compliance checks.
In these circumstances, the transaction processing will only be resumed the following business day.
