With the Transfer Tracking Microsite (TTM), you can track your money transfers easily and in real time.
This feature helps both business and personal (retail) users stay updated on their transfer progress without needing to contact our support team.
How to Use TTM
1. Go to the Transfer Tracking Microsite.
2. Enter your Transfer Order Number (TON) in the search bar.
3. The system will display the current status of your transfer.
How to Read Transfer Statuses or Situation:
Each transfer order goes through different stages. The status you see in TTM reflects the latest step your transfer is in. Below is a guide explaining what each status means, possible causes, and what to expect next.
| Transfer Status/Situation | Description | Possible Cause(s) | Next Status Update |
| Unable to get tracking detail | The transfer order number entered is invalid or cannot be locate. | The Transfer Order Number (TON) entered is incorrect, does not exist, or has been mistyped. | No status update |
| Link Expired | The transfer order number has expired and is no longer available for tracking. | The transfer order has exceeded the 30-day validity period since its creation in the order history. | No status update |
| Order is not ready for tracking | The transfer order number exists but is not yet ready for tracking. | The transfer has not yet been processed and may be waiting in the queue for system or compliance checks. | In process |
| Order has expired | The order has expired because the sender did not complete the required deposit within the allowed timeframe or submitted the additional document required by compliance. | The sender did not complete the deposit within the required timeframe (48 hours). Please reach out to your Sender for more information | No status update |
| Order Processing | The order is currently being processed by our system and moving through the necessary steps. | The transfer has cleared initial checks and is now actively being processed by MoneyMatch. | Funds are on their way |
| Funds are on their way | Order is in-transit to recipient's account. | Order has been processed by MoneyMatch and funds are being sent to the recipient’s bank or provider. | Transfer complete |
| Transfer failed | Order has failed and fund transfer will not go through. | Funds transfer process has failed, possibly due to rejection by partner, invalid recipient details, or system error. Please reach out to your Sender for more information | Transaction will be refund |
| Transfer complete! | Fund has been successfully transferred to recipient. | Funds transfer process has completed and will reflect in recipient’s account. | No status update |
| Order has been cancelled | Order has been cancelled and fund transfer will not proceed. | Order has been cancelled by Sender and will not proceed. Please reach out to your Sender for more information | No status update |
